In his lawsuit, the 55-year-old comedian denies Jessica Radtke's allegation they had a relationship when she was 15 in 1999, but he did admit they had a consensual relationship in 2002 when she was of legal age. Ross' lawsuit accuses Radtke of trying to take him down since 2017, alleging that she is trying to extort him. The lawsuit also targets Vulture, which interviewed Radtke in August. The lawsuit alleges that “Radtke is a habitual accuser who has lied about criminal conduct on multiple occasions. Indeed, Radtke has repeatedly falsely accused her family members and others of crimes.”
