Harold Perrineau to lead Epix sci-fi horror series From

The Lost alum will headline creator John Griffin's contemporary sci-fi horror series that unravels the mystery of a nightmarish town in middle America that traps all those who enter. Perrineau will play Boyd Stevens, the sheriff whose Draconian rules have held the fragile town together, even as he searches for a way to escape this seemingly inescapable nightmare. The From casting reunites Perrineau with former Lost director Jack Bender, who will direct the first four episodes. Perrineau recently recurred on The Rookie as a detective and on Claws as the autistic brother of Niecy Nash’s character.
