The Simpsons' former execuive producer Bill Oakley shared a screenshot of the Secretary of State using Lisa Simpson to apparently mock the House speaker for tearing up President Trump's State of the Union speech. "Mr. Secretary of State please do not ever ever ever use Simpsons material in your twitter or watch the show or refer to it in any way," Oakley tweeted.
