Cody Rigsby tests positive for COVID four days after Dancing with the Stars partner Cheryl Burke

The fully vaxxed Peloton star's future on Dancing is in limbo. “Hi friends, I wanted to check in with you to share some news," Rigsby said in a video posted to Instagram this afternoon. "While I am fully vaccinated and took many precautions, following CDC guidelines, I recently tested positive for COVID19. To properly rest and recover as well as avoid exposing others, I will be taking a break in the coming days. I appreciate all your support and I’ll be back as soon as I am ready.” Because of her positive test, Burke was forced to quarantine for 10 days. Rigsby and Burke were allowed to participate on this week's episode with the judges using rehearsal footage.
