Carrie Ann Inaba confirms she's leaving The Talk

Inaba, who replaced Julie Chen Moonves on the CBS daytime talk show in January 2019, has opted not to return after taking a leave of absence in April to focus on her health and well-being. Inaba confirmed her exit days after Page Six reported she was leaving and that CBS was already searching for a male co-host to replace her on The Talk. “I enjoyed my time at The Talk as co-host and moderator and I am grateful for the opportunity I had to grow with the entire Talk family as well as truly connect with viewers on such a personal level,” Inaba said in a statement. “I will miss The Talk, but I am excited for the next chapter both for myself and for the show.”’
