Bambi turns 75: PBS will honor the unsung Chinese-American artist behind the Disney classic

Today is the 75th birthday of Bambi, and Tyrus Wong, whose paintings were used in developing the film, will be featured in the American Masters documentary Tyrus, airing on Sept. 8. Wong died last December at age 106.
