Fall Premiere Week Kicks Off with 9-1-1, The Voice, and NCIS: Hawaii

    The broadcast TV networks kick off a packed fall premiere week with a mix of returning favorites and new series tonight as viewers are reunited with 9-1-1’s first responders, the NCIS franchise opens in Hawaii, and a new group of celebrities sashay onstage for Season 30 of Dancing with the Stars.

    Also today: Everyone's fangirling over new Voice coach Ariana Grande, Scott Foley stars in the new FOX dance drama The Big Leap, and NBC bows its new Sliding Doors-styled drama Ordinary Joe. Here’s what’s new and noteworthy on TV this Monday:

    9-1-1: Season premiere. The 118 spring into action after a series of ransomware attacks cause a medevac helicopter crash and an air-traffic control tower system failure. Meanwhile, Athena (Angela Bassett) revisits her traumatic attack when her serial rapist goes to trial, and Eddie (Ryan Guzman) suffers a health scare. Watch preview. 8:00 PM ET on FOX

    Dancing with the Stars: Season premiere. Suni Lee, JoJo Siwa, Olivia Jade Giannulli, Brian Austin Green are among the stars taking the stage for the first time as DWTS’ milestone 30th season begins. 8:00 PM ET on ABC

    The Voice: Season premiere. Ariana Grande joins returning coaches Kelly Clarkson, John Legend, and Blake Shelton as they vie to discover the next singing phenomenon in Season 21’s first blind audition round. Watch preview. 8:00 PM ET on NBC

    NCIS: Season premiere. As the team searches for Gibbs (Mark Harmon), they discover he was tracking a serial killer with investigative journalist Marcie Warren (Pam Dawber), who wrote an exposé on him. Watch preview. 9:00 PM ET on CBS

    The Big Leap: Series premiere. A group of down-on-their-luck contestants attempt to change their lives by participating in a new reality dance show featuring a modern reimagining of Swan Lake. Scott Foley, Piper Perabo, Teri Polo, and Jon Rudnitsky star. Watch trailer. 9:00 PM ET on FOX

    NCIS: Hawai’i: Series premiere. The long-running CBS franchise sets up shop in the Aloha state, with Vanessa Lachey starring as Special Agent in Charge Julie Tennant, leader of the NCIS Pearl Harbor team. Watch trailer. 10:00 PM ET on CBS

    Ordinary Joe: Series premiere. After his college graduation, Joe Kimbreau (James Wolk) is faced with a pivotal decision that steers his life down three drastically different paths. The NBC drama presents each of these three parallel stories, with a different cast of characters in each. Charlie Barnett, Elizabeth Lail, and Natalie Martinez also star.     Monday Night Football: The Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers look to rebound from last week’s losses in this NFC North matchup. 8:15 PM ET/5:15 PM PT on ESPN

    Reservation Dogs: Season finale. The Rez Dogs try their hands at vigilantism as a tornado rolls into town. Streaming on FX on Hulu

    Muhammad Ali: Episode 2 of Ken Burns’ four-part docuseries tracks Muhammad Ali’s life and career from 1964-1970, a period that saw his meteoric rise after the Sonny Liston fight, his conversion to Islam, and his opposition to the Vietnam War. 8:00 PM ET on PBS

    TIME100: Special presentation. ABC celebrates TIME’s list of the 100 most influential people of the year in an hour-long special featuring exclusive interviews, tributes, and musical performances. 10:00 PM ET on ABC
