    Leave it to FOX's 9-1-1 to imagine a world more calamitous than the one we currently face. In tonight's Season 4 premiere, our favorite first responders have their hands full after the Hollywood Resevoir dam breaks, setting off a chain of disastrous events across the city of Los Angeles.
