    How do you replace an icon like Alex Trebek? The producers of Jeopardy! have wisely chosen not to — at least, for now. Instead, a series of guest hosts will fill in for the legendary game show host, starting tonight with the show's most famous champion (and recently-crowned GOAT) Ken Jennings. 

    Also today: Matt James just keeps on making history on The BachelorThe American Experience tells the story of a brilliant codebreaker, and Netflix examines the 1080s rise of the crack epidemic. Here's what's new and noteworthy on TV this Monday:

    NEW EPISODE: Ken Jennings has enjoyed a close association with Jeopardy! ever since his record-breaking 75-game winning streak back in 2004. Tonight he takes his first turn behind Alex Trebek's legendary lectern as the show's first-ever interim guest host. Watch preview.  Airs in syndication (check local listings)

    NEW EPISODE: The largest group date in the history of The Bachelor finds 18 women dressing up for a wedding shoot, while Matt suits up as the would-be groom. Later, Sarah joins Mr. James for a romantic biplane ride. 8:00 PM ET on ABC
