    We're a long way from spring's true season finale weeks, but several high-profile shows happen to be wrapping up tonight, between Peter Weber's edition of The Bachelor, HBO's The New Pope and McMillion$, The CW's Black Lightning and All American, and 9-1-1: Lone Star on Fox. Also today: new episodes of Better Call Saul and The Voice, plus Neil deGrasse Tyson returns with Season 3 of Cosmos: Possible Worlds. Here's what's new and noteworthy on TV this Monday:
