    Trailers for tonight's three-hour Bachelor premiere have teased a shocking reunion between this year's Bachelor Peter Weber and his Bachelorette ex Hannah Brown that threatens to derail the season before it starts. Also today: premieres of America's Got Talent and Manifest, and new episodes of All Rise, Bob Hearts Abishola, and The Neighborhood. Here's what's new and noteworthy on TV this Monday:

    SEASON PREMIERE: The second installment of America's Got Talent: The Champions brings winners and top contenders from around the world back to compete in a best-of-the-best style matchup that will crown the winner champion of the world.
