Kevin Costner's Yellowstone Wraps its Second Season on Top

Kevin Costner changed gears considerably in 2018, starring in Yellowstone from co-creators John Linson and Taylor Sheridan. The shift paid off, with the series quietly becoming the most-watched new cable program of the year. Yellowstone's understated success has only grown in its second season, with the show raking in more blockbuster numbers, to become the biggest series no one is talking about. But numbers, like ranching acreage, don't lie, and the series has already been renewed for Season 3.

SEASON FINALE: The Dutton clan's fight with the Becks has grown out of control, and Yellowstone's season capper promises to end with a redefining moment for John Dutton (Kevin Costner) and his family. Dabney Coleman guest stars as Costner's father. With the episode title Sins of the Father, we imagine Coleman's flashback appearances will only add to the drama. 10:00 PM ET on Paramount
