Sabrina the Teenage Witch series ends up at Netflix with a two-season order — not The CW

The untitled Riverdale off-shoot based on the The Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina Archie Comics graphic novel was originally intended as a companion to Riverdale on The CW. Riverdale creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, who serves as chief creative officer of Archie Comics, also penned the Sabrina series. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the casting search to find the new Sabrina will begin anew because of the new destination.
