Original One Day at a Time cast reunion reveals a Bonnie Franklin Easter egg left in the Pop TV reboot

Norman Lear reunited with the stars of his 1975-84 sitcom on Monday night for Stars in the House to benefit The Actors Fund. As part of the reunion, producer Patricia Fass Palmer, who's worked on both One Day at a Time series, revealed that thanks to her long-term friendship with Franklin, she was given a special gift from her family after Franklin's death in 2013. That gift sits in the Alvarez home on the reboot in her honor.
