Netflix to adapt Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, The BFG and other Roald Dahl stories as animated series

The streaming service has struck a deal with The Roald Dahl Story Company to create an animated event series universe from the children's book author's stories. The deal includes Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Matilda, The BFG, The Twits, Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator, The Enormous Crocodile, The Giraffe and the Pelly and Me and many more.
