Michelle Wolf shuts down Meghan McCain's criticism that her White House Correspondents' Dinner performance was a "gift" to Trump

This morning on The View, McCain also asked, “How would you feel if you killed another comedian’s job?," bringing up that the WHCD might kill off the tradition of bringing on a comedian to emcee the event. “I mean, I don’t care,” Wolf fired back. “It’s not like a great job. I mean, I think everyone who’s ever done it has been like, ‘Great, now I don’t have to do it again.’” As for her performance being a "gift" to Trump, Wolf added: “I don’t think it was a gift to Trump anymore than every single news show—and I put that in quotes, ‘news’—is a gift to Trump.”
