Michael Bloomberg questions the Charlie Rose sexual harassment allegations

The former New York City mayor weighed in on the allegations against Rose while talking to The New York Times about potentially running for president as a Democrat. Rose taped his PBS show at Bloomberg Television, and Bloomberg TV canceled rebroadcasting Charlie Rose after sexual misconduct allegations were reported against him in The Washington Post. “The stuff I read about is disgraceful — I don’t know how true all of it is,” said Bloomberg, adding: “We never had a complaint, whatsoever, and when I read some of the stuff, I was surprised, I will say. But I never saw anything and we have no record, we’ve checked very carefully.”
