Judge dismissed ex-View producer’s slander lawsuit against Rosie O’Donnell

Former The View senior producer Jennifer Shepard-Brookman accused O’Donnell of slander in her 2015 firing from the show after Rosie accused her of leaking to the press. But a judge ruled that O’Donnell was offering an opinion, not an undisclosed fact.
