Jason Priestley: BH90210 will tackle Luke Perry's death "in a tasteful way that’s not exploitative"

Perry never signed on for the Beverly Hills, 90210 revival series, but it was widely assumed he'd make a cameo. BH90210 was announced the same morning that Perry suffered a stroke that would kill him. “I think we had to talk about the fact that he wasn’t there," says Priestley. "And I think we’ve done it in a tasteful way that’s not exploitative. You know it’s a difficult line to walk,” he says. “It’s not like you really know how to do it because it’s not something you do every day. So hopefully we’ve done it in a way and we’ve been successful in navigating those waters successfully.”
