Gillian Anderson says she expects Season 11 to be her last on The X-Files

Asked at New York Comic-Con if she’s open to doing more seasons, Anderson responded: “No, no, I think this will be it for me.” A Fox rep said in reaction to her statement that Anderson “has not commented on returning as it’s premature in that she is currently filming the new event series.”
