Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team ending on CMT after 16 seasons

In a press release, the Dallas Cowboys announced that it is ending its partnership with CMT after 16 years and it looks “forward to continuing the exclusive journey with ‘America’s Sweethearts’ on a new platform.” Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team premiered on CMT in 2006. "We could never have anticipated the outpouring of admiration and support from our fans and friends over the 16 Seasons on CMT’s Making the Team,” Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders director Kelli Finglass said in a statement. “The global impact on our brand, and the beautiful journeys of amazing performers and teammates have been amazing."
