CBS News settles with three women who accused Charlie Rose of sexual misconduct

The lawsuit filed in May by former CBS News staffers Sydney McNeal, Katherine Brooks Harris and Chelsea Wei alleged “that CBS management, numerous broadcasters and studio staff witnessed Mr. Rose’s unlawful conduct” and failed to take any action to correct it. A CBS News representative tells the Los Angeles Times that the network has paid out a confidential settlement.
