Billy Bush is not angry at Donald Trump over Access Hollywood tape: "He was being him"

Gayle King asked the new Extra host in a pre-taped CBS This Morning interview if he was angry at the president. "No," he responded. "I mean, he was being him … I think part of that personality and character was why he was successful in a boardroom, making people fight over lemonade stands." Bush adds that he, on the other hand, "was due for some kind of reckoning in my life. I don't think I'd ever really been through anything difficult." Bush also said everybody at NBC knew about the tape and that it was "weaponized" against him. “I got taken out, but I wasn’t the target,” Bush said. “I was told that, ‘You’re good. Don’t worry about it. It’s not you. You didn’t say anything.’”
