HBO Max Bows Coming of Age Drama Women Is Losers, Grease Night on DWTS

Taking its title from the Janis Joplin song, Lissette Feliciano's debut feature Women is Losers was a smash hit when it debuted earlier this at SXSW Film Festival. The scrappy coming of age starring Lorenza Izzo (Once Upon A Time In Hollywood), Chrissie Fit (Pitch Perfect), and Simu Liu (Shang-Chi and The Legend of The Ten Rings) lands on HBO Max today. Also today, Showtime debuts Australian drama Wakefield, Grease is the word on Dancing With the Stars, and Howie Mandel leads a parade of comic friends back to the stage in a new stand-up special. Here’s what’s new and noteworthy on TV this Monday:

Women Is Losers: Original film. Set in 1960s San Francisco, a once-promising Catholic schoolgirl (Lorenza Izzo) sets out to rise above poverty and invest in a future for herself.
