Spider-Man: Homecoming Spins its Web on ABC

    While Disney+ has a virtual stranglehold on the Marvel Cinematic Universe, you won't find either of Tom Holland's Spider-Man movies there, due to Sony owning the streaming rights to the franchise. Disney does, however, own the TV rights -- hence the movie's frequent airings on Disney-owned FX movies and its broadcast premiere on ABC tonight. Here's what's new and noteworthy on TV this Monday:

    BROADCAST PREMIERE: Gwyneth Paltrow may have forgotten she was in it, but we haven't. Tom Holland stars in Spider-Man: Homecoming, the blockbuster 2017 thetrical reboot of the enduring MCU franchise. 8:00 PM ET on ABC

    DOCUMENTARY PREMIERE: Ron Howard directs Pavarotti, an up close look at the life and career of the musical giant told through new interviews and never-befor-seen footage. 8:00 PM ET on Showtime

    NCAA FOOTBALL: Live from Miami Gardens, this year's Capital One Orange Bowl pits the Florida Gators against the Virgina Cavaliers. 5:00 PM ET / 2:00 PM PT on ESPN 

    MARATHON: If you're not up to date with Below Deck, Bravo comes to rescue with a day-long marathon leading up to tonight's new episode at 9:00 PM ET. The Marathon kicks off at 6:00 AM ET on Bravo

    SERIES PREMIERE: Netflix adds to its growing library of anime series with The Disastrous Life of Saiki K.: Reawakened, a new original six episode series based on Shuichi Aso’s The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. manga. Watch the trailer. Streaming on Neflix

    CABLE PREMIERE: Primetimer favorite Haley Lu Richardson and Cole Sprouse (Riverdale) star in Five Feet Apart, the romantic drama about two young cystic fibrosis patients who fall in love. 10:00 PM ET on Showtime

    SEASON PREMIERE: Our favorite teen BFFs Alexa and Katie return for a third season. The first of two eight-episode parts drops today. Streaming on Netflix

    CHOICE REPEAT: The starpower in Ellen's Greatest Night of Giveaways earlier this month was something to be behold. NBC gives us a second chance tonight, as Jennifer Aniston joins Ellen to help bring joy to some very deserving individuals. 8:00 PM ET on NBC

    CHOICE REPEAT: With its second season kick-off just a week away, last season's first and last episodes of Manifest get the re-run treatment tonight, starting at 9:00 PM ET on NBC

    CABLE PREMIERE: Elizabeth Moss (The Handmaid's Tale) stars as a self-desctructive rock star in Her Smell. The film, which was released in theaters earlier this year costars Cara Delevigne and Dan Stevens (Legion, Downton Abbey) 8:00 PM ET on HBO
