The CW's The Republic of Sarah casts the title role

Newcomer Stella Baker will play a rebellious New Hampshire high school teacher Sarah Cooper who utilizes an obscure cartographical loophole to declare her town an independent nation. This is the second stab at a Republic of Sarah series. Last year, Sarah Drew played the title role in a CBS pilot of the same name with a similar premise.
