    HBO offers a double dose of finales tonight as Alicia Vikander’s Irma Vep and true crime docuseries Mind Over Murder say goodbye. Also today: Rose refused? Hurt feelings abound when some of the men start showing a preference for one of The Bachelorettes, Better Call Saul approaches its end, and Natalie Portman braves the wilderness with Bear Grylls. Here’s what’s new and noteworthy on TV this Monday:

    Irma Vep: Limited series finale. As shooting on The Vampires comes to a close, Regina (Devon Ross) looks toward her next chapter as a filmmaker, while Mira (Alicia Vikander) channels the spirit of Irma Vep to pursue a career-defining opportunity. 9:00 PM ET on HBO

    Mind Over Murder: Docuseries finale. The true crime docuseries transforms into something entirely different as the residents of Beatrice, Nebraska perform a play about the 1985 murder of Helen Wilson and the decades-later exoneration of the six people who were wrongfully convicted of the crime. 10:00 PM ET on HBO

    The Bachelorette: New episode. The romance and drama heat up as Rachel and Gabby bend the rules to find their perfect match, but will both women continue their Bachelorette journies past this episode? Watch preview. 8:00 PM ET on ABC

    Better Call Saul: New episode. Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul make their long-awaited cameos as the series finally crosses over with the events of Breaking Bad. Watch preview. 9:00 PM ET on AMC

    Running Wild With Bear Grylls: Season 7 premiere. Survivalist Bear Grylls teaches celebrities essential survival skills that they must put to use in a high-stress situation in a new season of his hit series. Natalie Portman is on hand as Grylls’ first guest, with Simu Liu, Ashton Kutcher, and Florence Pugh set to guest later this season. 9:00 PM ET on National Geographic

    Bugs Bunny Builders: Series premiere. Warner Bros. Animation combines the wackiness, humor, and slapstick comedy of the iconic characters with a modern Humancentric Learning curriculum in the first Looney Tunes preschool series in over 20 years.     Shark Week 2022: Special presentation. Shark-themed specials run all evening, beginning with Stranger Sharks, which sees Stranger Things star Noah Schnapp and Mark Rober hit the high seas in search of the most unique sharks in the world. Programming begins at 7:00 PM ET on Discovery Channel and Discovery+

    Roswell, New Mexico: New episode. Liz (Jeanine Mason) and Max (Nathan Dean) have a major disagreement, prompting her to turn to Rosa (Amber Midthunder) for guidance. Meanwhile, Maria (Heather Hemmens) struggles to connect to her mother’s spirit. Watch preview. 8:00 PM ET on The CW

    American Ninja Warrior: New episode. The semifinals continue in Los Angeles where the competing ninjas will face up to 10 challenging obstacles. The two fastest ninjas will face off on the Power Tower for a Safety Pass going into the National Finals. 8:00 PM ET on NBC

    Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted Showdown: Series premiere. Chef and TV host Gordon Ramsay faces off against protégés Paul Ainsworth and Matt Waldron in the UK, and daughter Tilly, a BAFTA-nominated cooking show star, in Costa Rica in this three-part series.     Winter’s Yearning: Original documentary. PBS presents the 2022 Sundance World Cinema Documentary winning film following the citizens of Maniitsoq, Greenland as they reckon with their Danish colonial past and an American company’s plans to build a smelting plant that promises economic renewal.     Claim to Fame: New episode. With ten contestants remaining, alliances are tested throughout the house as more guesses are made. This week’s challenge has the contestants splitting up into two teams and jumping into the pool with one contestant saying goodbye. 10:00 PM ET on ABC

    Miz & Mrs: Season 3 finale. USA puts a cap on the third season of Mike Mizanin and Maryse Ouellet’s reality series with a two-episode finale. 11:00 PM ET on USA
