    Everyone’s favorite vampires return to the small screen tonight as What We Do in the Shadows kicks off its fourth season on FX with back-to-back episodes. Also today: The Bob’s Burgers Movie arrives on HBO Max and Hulu after a brief run in theaters, Michael Pollan explores psychedelics in How to Change Your Mind, and Netflix bows the French true crime documentary My Daughter’s Killer. Here’s what’s new and noteworthy on TV this Tuesday:

    What We Do in the Shadows: Season 4 premiere. Taika Waitit and Jermaine Clement’s acclaimed vampire comedy promises more strange beasts, surprising guest stars. and tap dancing than ever as it kicks off its fourth season with two back-to-back episodes. In the premiere, the vampires return from their world travels to find their mansion on the verge of collapse, while in Episode 2, Nandor (Kayvan Novak) finally finds love and Nadja (Natasia Demetriou) realizes her lifelong ambition of opening a vampire nightclub.     The Bob’s Burgers Movie: Streaming premiere. When a ruptured water main creates an enormous sinkhole right in front of Bob’s Burgers, it ruins the Belchers’ plans for a successful summer. While Bob (H. Jon Benjamin) and Linda (John Roberts) struggle to keep the business afloat, the kids try to solve a mystery that could save their family’s restaurant.     January 6th Hearings: Live coverage. The House Select Committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol is set to hold its seventh public hearing today. Coverage begins at 10:00 AM ET/7:00 AM PT on ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC and other stations

    How to Change Your Mind: Complete docuseries. Michael Pollan and executive producer Alex Gibney investigate the history and present-day use of mind-altering substances in this four-part series. Each episode focuses on a different drug: LSD, psilocybin, MDMA, and mescaline. Watch trailer. Streaming on Netflix

    My Daughter’s Killer: Original documentary. A father fights for decades to bring his daughter’s killer to justice in France and Germany before taking extreme measures in this true crime doc that's been compared to The Staircase. Streaming on Netflix

    Bill Burr: Live at Red Rocks: Comedy special. In his continuing quest to be a better person, Bill shares an “inspirational” talk for women, discusses how doing mushrooms changed him, and how his 4-year-old is helping his anger management. Red Rocks marks Burr’s fifth hour-long special for Netflix. Streaming on Netflix

    The Only: Original documentary. Paramount+ explores the biggest triumphs and darkest defeats of U.S. Soccer Hall of Fame goalkeeper Briana Scurry, who played for the USWNT during the 1996 Olympics and 1999 Women’s World Cup. Watch trailer. Streaming on Paramount+

    Parking Lot Payday: Series premiere. Host Zach Selwyn (ESPN’s Around the Horn) puts a fresh spin on Cash Cab in this series that gives concert attendees the chance to cash in on their knowledge of their favorite bands. The premiere takes place in the parking lot of a Metallica concert, while subsequent episodes feature Rolling Stones, Imagine Dragons, and Coldplay fans. 8:00 PM ET on AXS TV

    Edge of the Earth: Docuseries premiere. Four groups of elite athletes embark upon never-before-accomplished missions in HBO’s four-part series. One episode drops every Tuesday through August 2. Watch trailer. 9:00 PM ET on HBO

    Only Murders in the Building: New episode. Charles (Steve Martin), Oliver (Martin Short), and Mabel (Selena Gomez) welcome an unexpected young visitor who reveals hidden secrets about the inner workings of the Arconia. Streaming on Hulu

    Holey Moley: Season 4 finale. Finalists compete to make it to the next phase on Full Mooney and break a leg at Holeywood. Later, the final two face off in a glamorous round at The Distractor, all while Miss Piggy prepares to take center stage. Kermit the Frog also joins in on the action from the booth. 8:00 PM ET on ABC

    Tom Swift: New episode. When they discover that one of their own has been poisoned, Tom (Tian Richards), Zenzi (Ashleigh Murray), and Barclay (voiced by Levar Burton) work together to figure out who is responsible. Watch preview. 9:00 PM ET on The CW

    Who Do You Believe?: Season 1 finale. Years after Jordynn Watson’s mom goes missing and her grandmother Marilyn is gunned down, Detective Kelly Anderson begins pointing the finger at Jordynn’s father, prompting a battle between the detective and the daughter of the accused that climaxes in not one, but two murder trials. 10:00 PM ET on ABC
