After 56 years on network television, the Academy of Country Music Awards make the move to streaming tonight as part of a new deal with Amazon Prime Video. The 2022 ACM Awards are the first major awards show to air exclusively on a streaming service, though it’s likely that the Dolly Parton-hosted event won’t be the last to cut ties with traditional broadcasters.

Dolly Parton takes the stage alongside Jimmie Allen and Gabby Barrett, the reigning New Artists of the Year, as co-hosts of the 2022 ACM Awards, held live at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
