Hawkeye, Real World Homecoming, and Hanna Kick Off Thanksgiving TV

    Streaming TV's gangbusters Thanksgiving Weekend gets off to an early start today with the premiere of Marvel’s Hawkeye, The Real World Homecoming: Los Angeles, and Hanna Season 3. And that’s just the tip of the streaming cornucopia: Selling Sunset returns to Netflix with more drama, Peacock’s Saved by the Bell reboot kicks off its second season, and Kevin Hart teams up with Wesley Snipes in the new Netflix limited series True Story. Here’s what’s new and noteworthy on TV this Wednesday:

    Hawkeye: Series premiere. In post-blip New York City, Clint Barton, aka Hawkeye (Jeremy Jenner), is desperate to get back to his family for Christmas, but when a threat from his past shows up, he’s forced to team up with 22-year-old archer Kate Bishop (Hailee Steinfeld) to unravel a criminal conspiracy.     The Real World Homecoming: Los Angeles: Season premiere. Nearly three decades after they first took over the small screen, the cast of The Real World Los Angeles picks up where they left off. New episodes drop weekly. Read our review. Streaming on Paramount+

    Hanna: Complete third season (series finale). With the help of her previous nemesis, former CIA agent Marissa Wiegler (Mireille Enos), young assassin Hanna (Esmé Creed-Miles) sets out to destroy the sinister Utrax from the inside and free herself from its grasp.     Selling Sunset: Complete fourth season. The agents of The Oppenheim Group reach new heights in their careers, but with big listings comes big drama, and before long, a Succession-style civil war engulfs the office. Watch trailer. Streaming on Netflix

    Saved by the Bell: Complete second season. As Bayside High prepares for the Southern California School Spirit Competition, Daisy (Haskiri Velazquez) finds herself captivated by a new student, Mac (Mitchell Hoog) hopes to finally step out from his father’s shadow, and Jamie (Belmont Cameli) leans on Lexi (Josie Totah) in the wake of his parents’ divorce. Plus, Slater (Mario Lopez) and a newly-single Jessie (Elizabeth Berkley Lauren) grow closer despite their tumultuous romantic past. Watch trailer. Streaming on Peacock

    Bruised: Original film. Halle Berry directs and stars in this Netflix original sports drama about an MMA fighter who works to get her life back on track and reclaim her power, both in and out of the ring. Watch trailer. Streaming on Netflix

    True Story: Complete limited series. A world-famous comedian (Kevin Hart) desperately searches for a way out after a night in Philadelphia with his brother (Wesley Snipes) threatens to sabotage his career and public persona. Watch trailer. Streaming on Netflix

    A Boy Called Christmas: Original film. An ordinary young boy named Nikolas ventures through the snowy north in search of his father in this Santa Claus origin story. ally Hawkins, Kristen Wiig, Maggie Smith, Henry Lawfull, and Michiel Huisman star. Watch trailer. Streaming on Netflix

    Robin Robin: Holiday special. Aardman Animation, the company behind Wallace & Gromit and Shaun the Sheep, celebrate the holidays in this new special about a robin raised by a loving family of mice who embarks upon a heist to prove that she can be a great mouse.     8-Bit Christmas: Original film. In 1980s suburban Chicago, 11-year-old Jake Doyle (Winslow Fegley) goes to great lengths to get the latest and greatest video game system for Christmas. The time-hopping family comedy also stars Neil Patrick Harris as the adult Jake, June Diane Raphael, David Cross, and Steve Zahn. Watch trailer. Streaming on HBO Max

    Black and Missing: Docuseries finale. Journalist Soledad O'Brien and Emmy winner Geeta Gandbhir conclude their HBO docuseries about Black missing persons cases with back-to-back episodes. 8:00 PM ET on HBO

    Even More Funny Women of a Certain Age: Comedy special. Teri Hatcher makes her stand-up debut alongside Carole Montgomery, Wendy Liebman, Leighann Lord, Monique Marvez, and Marsha Warfield in Showtime’s third Funny Women special. Watch trailer. 10:00 PM ET on Showtime

    SNL Thanksgiving: Holiday Special.  With 47 years under its belt, Saturday Night Live has a lot of classic holiday skits to choose from (along with a few turkeys, but that's all part of the fun.) 9:00 PM ET on NBC
