FBI Franchise Takes Over CBS With a Three-Hour Crossover Event

    CBS is set to kick off new seasons of Dick Wolf’s FBI, FBI: Most Wanted, and franchise newcomer FBI: International with a three-hour crossover event tonight that sees the agents working together on a case reminiscent of the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.

    Also today: Netflix drops the second season of Love on the Spectrum, The Voice continues its blind audition round, and medical dramas The Resident and New Amsterdam return from summer break. Here’s what’s new and noteworthy on TV this Tuesday:

    FBI: Season premiere. When a young woman is killed on her way home from a yacht party, the team investigates how she came to be at the event, which was attended by some of the most influential people in the world. Part 1 of CBS’ crossover event features FBI: Most Wanted stars Julian McMahon and Kellan Lutz. Watch preview. 8:00 PM ET on CBS

    Our Kind of People: Series premiere. Set on Martha's Vineyard, Lee Daniels’ new drama follows single mother Angela Vaughn (Yaya DaCosta) as she sets out to make an impact with her revolutionary Black haircare line, but a dark secret about her mother threatens to shake up this elite community forever. Morris Chestnut, Joe Morton, Nadine Ellis, and Lance Gross also star. Read our review. 9:00 PM ET on FOX

    Love on the Spectrum: Complete second season. Seven new and returning young adults on the autism spectrum plunge into the dating world in the second season of Netflix’s hit reality series. Watch trailer. Streaming on Netflix

    The Resident: Season premiere. After a cyber criminal attacks the hospital, Kit (Jane Leeves) must figure out whether or not to pay the ransom. Meanwhile, The Raptor (Malcolm-Jamal Warner) deals with a personal connection to the patients brought into the ER during the attack. Watch preview. 8:00 PM ET on FOX

    The Voice: The blind auditions continue as Coaches Ariana Grande, Kelly Clarkson, John Legend, and Blake Shelton work to fill out their teams. 8:00 PM ET on NBC

    FBI: Most Wanted: Season premiere (special time). A local case involving two murdered women and a sea of powerful men turns into a manhunt for the leader of a dangerous criminal enterprise. FBI stars Missy Peregrym, Zeeko Zaki, and Alana De La Garza guest. 9:00 PM ET on CBS

    FBI: International: Series premiere (special time). Special Agent Scott Forrester (Luke Kleintank) and his Budapest-based FBI team travel to Croatia to help the domestic teams capture an American fugitive who escaped to Zagreb with a 14-year-old girl. The new spinoff series centers on Forrester’s International Fly Team, a talented group that travels the world to track and neutralize threats against American citizens.     New Amsterdam: Season premiere. Max (Ryan Eggold) and Sharpe (Freema Agyeman) wake up to a new, more personal dynamic, and Iggy (Tyler Labine) calls an old contact to help with an explosive situation at the hospital. Watch trailer. 10:00 PM ET on NBC

    Muhammad Ali: PBS and Ken Burns probe Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier’s legendary rivalry in the third episode of the four-part docuseries. 8:00 PM ET on PBS

    The Ultimate Surfer: Season finale. With surfing legend Kelly Slater on hand as a coach, four contestants meet in the Final Surf Off. One man and one woman will take home $100,000 and earn an opportunity to compete on the WSL Championship Tour. 10:00 PM ET on ABC

    Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel: The HBO series previews the 2021 NFL season with Las Vegas Raiders owner Mark Davis, honors ultramarathon runner-turned-firefighter Jerry Garcia, and checks back in with ESPN's Adam Schefter. 10:00 PM ET on HBO
