It's Official — Twisty Teen Thriller Cruel Summer Is Freeform's Biggest-Ever Hit

    Freeform is poised to have anything but a Cruel Summer thanks to the success of its new twisty teen thriller. In its first week, Cruel Summer nabbed 3.81 million viewers across Freeform’s various platforms, making it the network’s most-watched series debut ever. The ‘90s-set drama continues tonight with an episode that sees Jeanette (Chiara Aurelia) and kidnapping victim Kate (Olivia Holt) crossing paths in yet another bombastic encounter.

    Also today: The Roloffs deal with the everyday realities of the pandemic as Little People, Big World kicks off its 22nd(!) season, This Is Us returns from a month-long break, and Netflix jumps into the world of personal finance in Money, Explained.
