    After fifteen years and 300+ episodes, The CW bids farewell to Sam and Dean Winchester tonight as Supernatural airs its series finale, preceded by one-hour look back at their greatest adventures.

    Also today: Meredith keeps dreaming on Grey's Anatomy, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air stages a reunion special, and the Jersey Shore knuckleheads take over an entire resort for their latest family vacation. Here's what's new and noteworthy on TV this Thursday:

    SERIES FINALE: A lot has changed since the series premiere of Supernatural, but the Winchester brothers are set to take their last ride tonight as the series closes out its fifteenth and final season. Watch preview. 9:00 PM ET on The CW

    NEW EPISODE: If you loved last week's shocking ending, tonight's Grey's Anatomy promises more where that came from.     SEASON PREMIERE: Snooki may be gone, but the party continues as Jersey Shore Family Vacation returns for a fourth season.     SERIES PREMIERE: Billie Piper stars in the eight-part British drama I Hate Suzie, in which she plays a well-known actress whose life is turned upside when her phone is hacked and sensitive pictures of her are shared online. Watch trailer. Streaming on HBO Max

    SEASON PREMIERE: In the aftermath of Eddie's (David Giuntoli) accident, Katherine (Grace Park) leans on their friends for support on A Million Little Things. Meanwhile, Rome (Romany Malco) and Regina (Christina Moses) face a gut-wrenching decision, Delilah (Stephanie Szostak) is inspired by her children's success, and Maggie (Allison Miller) gets a fresh start in Oxford.     ORIGINAL MOVIE: It's Vanessa Hudgens times three in the Netflix original sequel The Princess Switch: Switched Again, in which Stacy (Hudgens) and Margaret (Hudgens) stage yet another switch.
