    Joe Biden is set to deliver the biggest speech of his political career tonight at the DNC, as he presents his vision for the future of the United States. Also today: it's eviction night on Big Brother, HBO Max takes a trip to Singletown, and a virus ripples through the crew on Star Trek: Lower Decks. Here's what's new and noteworthy on TV this Thursday:

    LIVE COVERAGE: Pete Buttigieg, Cory Booker, Gavin Newsom, and Tammy Duckworth are among the big names making case for a Biden/Harris administration at the 2020 Democratic National Convention on its fourth and final night, with the party nominee himself taking the stage in the ten o'clock hour. Coverage begins at 9:00 PM ET/6:00 PT on cable news and PBS, and at 10:00 PM ET/7:00 PM PT on ABC, CBS and NBC.
