The Masked Singer Returns to Wednesday Nights a Super Bowl Champion

Television is serving up a healthy helpining of reality-themed comfort viewing today, with The Masked Singer settling back into its regular timeslot after attracting a record audience in its post-Super Bowl premiere Sunday night, CBS feting Survivor ahead of its 40th season, ABC airing a special Wednesday night edition of The Bachelor, and the premiere of a family friendly reality competition hosted by "LEGO Batman" himself. And as they say on TV, that's not all... Here's what's new and noteworthy on TV this Wednesday:

NEW EPISODE: Guest judge Jason Biggs joins TV's least effective panel as Kangaroo, Llama, Miss Monster, Turtle and White Tiger return to The Masked Singer stage for the show's Season 3 timeslot premiere. 9:00 PM ET on FOX

SPECIAL PRESENTATION: Survivor kicks off its 20th year (and 40th season) next week a little battled and brusied, but that isn't stopping CBS from feting the show with an hour-long retrospective, Survivor at 40: Greatest Moments and Players. The special promises to give viewers a look at some of the show's milestone moments, along with a sneak peek at what to expect from the coming season's all-winners cast. NEW EPISODE: In a special Wednesday night episode of The Bachelor, Pilot Pete jets to Santiago to continue his pursuit of a special lady, only to grow concerned when he hears she has never been in love. Watch the preview. 8:00 PM ET on ABC

SERIES PREMIERE: In what may be the most masterful act of product placement ever, Fox's new reality competition LEGO Masters pits 20 contestants against each other as they put their LEGO-building skills to the test. The ultimate victor will receive the LEGO trophy, a cash prize, and the title of LEGO Master. Will Arnett (whom we're thrilled to see out of the sound booth) hosts. 9:00 PM ET on FOX

NEW EPISODE: Ahead of the premiere of Katy Keene on Thursday, Riverdale ventures to New York, where Veronica (Camila Mendes) reconnects with her old friend Katy (Lucy Hale). Watch the preview. 8:00 PM ET on The CW

SEASON PREMIERE: If the cold weather is getting you down, Summer House is here to lift viewers' spirits with summer high jinks and plenty of bare butts. SERIES PREMIERE: Using film clips and interviews with some of the industry's biggest names, the docuseries They've Gotta Have Us takes viewers on an in depth journey into the history of black cinema. Watch the trailer. Streaming on Netflix

DOCUMENTARY PREMIERE: Netflix's The Pharmacist introduces viewers to Dan Schneider, a small town pharmacist in Louisiana who lost his son to a drug deal gone bad, only to notice a high number of high dose opioid prescriptions coming into his pharmacy for a medication some described as "heroin in a pill." When he started raising the alarm and gaining national attention, Schneider says the DEA, the FBI, and the companies and individuals profiting from the opioid epidemic began making things difficult for him.
