Raphaelle Bardet filed her lawsuit last Friday, alleging in court papers that she was hired on Feb. 25 to dance as a background talent at a fee of $1,375. Bardet alleges she was denied her full wages, as well as meal and rest breaks and overtime, reports the City News Service. A representative for DeGeneres or her show could not be immediately reached for comment.
