PBS’ Mind of a Chef has become TV’s “most fascinating document of the creative mind at work”

The PBS series does something unusual for a show about chefs. “Unlike other television chefs,” says Ryu Spaeth, “they are invited to examine their obsessions, plumb their memories, and pass through old haunts like ghosts of their former selves.”
