Netflix responds to Black Mirror: Bandersnatch Choose Your Own Adventure lawsuit

The streaming service argues that the phrase "choose your own adventure" has become generic, and shouldn't be trademarked. Chooseco, the company behind the Choose Your Own Adventure book series, sued Netflix last year, alleging that the Black Mirror interactive film violated its trademark rights after years-long license negotiations between the two companies reached a dead end.
