Michele Tafoya has been planning her Sunday Night Football exit for years, says she'll offer her opinions at her next job

Tafoya, who has been outspoken for years with her conservative views on Twitter, says she's exiting the sports TV world “to pursue some other opportunities that are really meaningful to me.” Even though Tafoya says she's planning her exit for years, her appearance on The View last fall "was an opportunity to go and flex some other muscles, and I didn’t get to flex them as much as you’d want to because there was just two days’ worth of appearance and in those two days, you can probably count the number of minutes in which I spoke. But it was an opportunity to just try something different and try something where I get to talk about other stuff. That was enjoyable for me and that was the biggest takeaway.” Asked if her next stop will include her offering her opinions, Tafoya responded: “I think the safest answer to that is yes."
