Former Hawaii Five-O employee files lawsuit accusing executive producer's son of harassment

Kelly Tolar, a former locations assistant and office manager for the CBS drama, claims location manager Jake Downer — the son of executive producer Jeff Downer — "acted aggressively, unprofessionally, offensively, abusively and/or in a threatening manner.” Her lawsuit targets the show as well as CBS.
