Britain's foreign secretary mistakenly credits Game of Thrones for police brutality protesters kneeling

Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab was talking about Black Lives Matter this morning when he said: "On this taking the knee thing, I don't know maybe it's got a broader history, it seems to be taken from the Game of Thrones, feels to me like a symbol of subjugation and subordination." In fact, the kneeling started when U.S. Army Green Beret Nate Boyer convinced Colin Kaepernick to kneel instead after the NFL QB began his protests during the National Anthem in August 2016 by sitting on the bench. Raab later tried to clarify his comments.
