Rachel Wipes Out While Skydiving with Matt on The Bachelor

Matt and Rachel went on a skydiving expedition in this clip from Monday's The Bachelor, and things didn't go exactly as planned —  not something you want to hear when you're talking about skydiving.

The dive itself was fine, with Rachel joking that she was now "literally falling for" Matt, but it was the landing that was a rough one for her. They hit the ground roughly and her pro diver rolled over top of her, planting her face in the grass. Matt quickly ran over to check on her (aside from a lot of grass in her mouth, she was okay), and his concern made him realize how much he cared about her.

The Bachelor airs Mondays at 8:00 PM ET on ABC.
