Is the Creepy Hope Doll on The Bold and the Beautiful Talking to Steffy Now?

We all thought the saga of the Creepy Hope Doll was settled, now that Thomas, who was delusionally hearing it talk to him so much he made out with it, turned out to have a brain bleed and emergency surgery to hopefully put his mind right about it. 

However, the Creepy Hope Doll is now in the office of the real Hope (Annika Noelle), and Thomas' sister Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) seems to be getting creepy vibes from it. Is hearing voices from mannequins a genetic thing?

Or is Steffy just feeling guilty about swearing Hope's husband Liam to secrecy about their drunken night of coitus after he thought he caught Thomas making out with the mannequin and thought Hope was cheating on him?
