Resident Evil Gets a Netflix Reboot, Hulu Probes Victoria's Secret

    25 years after the debut of the iconic video game, Resident Evil begins a new chapter as a live-action TV series on Netflix. The adaptation promises a fresh take on the zombie apocalypse with a new set of characters, led by Ella Balinska as Jade Wesker.

    Also today: Hulu explores the dark side of the Victoria’s Secret empire in Angels and Demons, FBoy Island returns for a second season of dating drama, and Kevin Hart sits down with more celebrities in Hart to Heart Season 2. Here’s what’s new and noteworthy on TV this Thursday:

    Resident Evil: Complete first season. In the year 2036, 14 years after a deadly virus caused a global apocalypse, Jade Wesker (Ella Balinak) fights for survival in a world overrun by blood-thirsty infected creatures.     Victoria’s Secret: Angels and Demons: Complete docuseries. Director Matt Tyrnauer investigates the provocative story of Victoria’s Secret and its then-CEO, enigmatic billionaire Les Wexner.     FBoy Island: Season 2 premiere. Guided by host Nikki Glaser, three new women must determine which men are nice guys looking for true love, and which are FBoys interested only in a hookup.     The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: New episode. The hangover from Red Lion still lingers, but Phaedra tries to lift the mood with a wine-tasting luncheon. Meanwhile, Dorinda throws a Christmas in September party where secrets and new rumors come to light. Streaming on Peacock

    Shark Side of the Moon: Original documentary. Nat Geo pulls back the curtain on the secret life of hammerhead sharks, revealing new insights and never-before-seen behaviors of their lunar-driven migration across the Tropical Eastern Pacific. 9:00 PM ET on National Geographic Channel

    Top Gear: Season 32 premiere. Chris Harris, Paddy McGuinness, and Freddie Flintoff go swamp buggy racing in alligator-infested waters, climb aboard some of the most iconic cop cars ever seen on screen, and hit the road in a 35-foot-long Holiday Rambler Aluma Lite RV in a new season of the auto series.     101 Places to Party Before You Die: Series premiere. Comics and longtime friends Adam Pally and Jon Gabrus venture across the United States to experience everything these destinations have to offer in a new travel series.
