NCIS Shows Cross Over, American Song Contest Plays the Hits

    Crossover madness continues tonight with a new NCIS double-header that sees Agents Nick Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) and Jessica Knight (Katrina Law) assist the NCIS: Hawai’i crew with a case. Also today: the live qualifiers continue on American Song Contest, UK PD gets a marathon debut on BBC America, American Idol’s Hollywood Week begins, and more. Here’s what’s new and noteworthy on TV this Monday:

    NCIS: New episode (Crossover Part 1). The team investigates the apparent suicide of a retired Navy officer who was in Palmer (Brian Dietzen) and Knight’s (Katrina Law) grief group. Meanwhile, Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) gets a call from NCIS Special Agent Jane Tennant (Vanessa Lachey) to come to Hawai’i after she gets a lead on a witness from a case they worked on together.     NCIS: Hawai’i: New episode (Crossover Part 2). NCIS Agents Torres and Knight travel to Hawai’i after they learn a key witness in one of their old cases has turned up with crucial evidence. 10:00 PM ET on CBS

    American Song Contest: The live qualifiers continue as performers from across the country audition with their original song. 8:00 PM ET on ABC

    UK PD: U.S. premiere. British police units engage in high-speed chases, respond to emergencies, and work to keep criminal activity at bay in this Cops-style docuseries. The series debuts on this side of the pond for the first time with a six-hour marathon, beginning at 10:00 PM ET on BBC America

    American Idol: New episode. The golden ticket-holders compete in a genre challenge as Hollywood Week begins. 8:00 PM ET on ABC

    Snowpiercer: Season 3 finale. The drama comes to a head as old adversaries clash, with the fate of New Eden hanging in the balance. The TNT series has already been picked up for a fourth season, which is set to debut next year. Watch preview. 9:00 PM ET on TNT

    9-1-1: New episode. Chimney (Kenneth Choi) is determined to find a missing Maddie (Jennifer Love Hewitt) amongst the chaos of St. Patrick’s Day. Followed by a new episode of 9-1-1: Lone Star. Watch preview. 8:00 PM ET on FOX

    The Endgame: New episode. An inmate on a quest for redemption escapes prison. Doak (Noah Bean) comes up with a plan to take back one of the banks. Watch preview. 10:00 PM ET on NBC

    Better Things: New episode. Sam (Pamela Adlon) goes to San Francisco for a job while Max (Mikey Madison) holds down the fort. 10:00 PM ET on FX

    NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament: A spot in the Final Four is on the line in tonight's regional finals. Games will air back-to-back, beginning at 7:00 PM ET/4:00 PM PT on ESPN
