    After four long years, Donald Glover’s acclaimed comedy Atlanta returns to the small screen for its third (and penultimate) season. Two episodes air back-to-back tonight on FX. Also today: Halo’s Master Chief and his crew of Spartans get the live-action treatment on Paramount+, John Cena explores WWE villainy, Starstruck returns to HBO Max, and more. Here’s what’s new and noteworthy on TV this Thursday:

    Atlanta: Season 3 premiere. Donald Glover’s Emmy-winning comedy returns for new ten-episode season that finds Earn (Glover), Paper Boi (Brian Tyree Henry), Darius (LaKeith Stanfield), and Van (Zazie Beetz) in the midst of a successful world tour. Two episodes air tonight. Watch trailer. 10:00 PM ET on FX

    Halo: Series premiere. Based on the iconic Xbox franchise, this live-action series follows Master Chief, Spartan-117 (Pablo Schreiber) and his team of cybernetically enhanced super soldiers as they defend humanity from the alien forces of The Covenant. Also stars Natasha McElhone as Dr. Halsey, the creator of the Spartan super soldiers, and Jen Taylor (who voices the character in the game series) as Cortana, the most advanced AI in human history.     Grey’s Anatomy: New episode. While Richard (James Pickens Jr.) ponders his surgical abilities, Jo (Camilla Luddington) is charmed by her patient’s brother. Elsewhere, Teddy (Kim Raver) and Owen (Kevin McKidd) talk out their differences, and a pet python causes an uproar. Watch preview. 9:00 PM ET on ABC

    Grown-ish: Season 4 finale. It’s graduation day, and the Johnson family comes together to celebrate Zoey’s (Yara Shahidi) big day. Afterward, the crew comes together to reflect on their four years together and toast to their post-graduation plans.The series is set to return for a fifth season later this year. Watch preview. 10:00 PM ET on Freeform
