Hilary Duff Leads Hulu's Long-Awaited HIMYM Sequel, How I Met Your Father

    Hulu flips How I Met Your Mother on its head in Hilary Duff’s aptly titled sequel, How I Met Your Father. The new series follows Sophie (played in the present by Duff, and in the future by Kim Cattrall) as she tells her son the story of how she met his father in the age of dating apps and limitless options. Two episodes drop today.

    Also today: Storage Wars hits the 300-episode mark, Netflix tracks one of the world’s most audacious conmen in The Puppet Master, and the mystery at the heart of Naomi deepens. Here’s what’s new and noteworthy on TV this Tuesday:

    How I Met Your Father: Series premiere. In the year 2050, Sophie (Kim Cattrall) tells her son how she met his father, a story that takes viewers back to the year 2022, when Sophie (Hilary Duff) and her close-knit group of friends are in the midst of figuring out who they are and what they want out of life.     The Puppet Master: Hunting the Ultimate Conman: Complete docuseries. The filmmakers behind The Imposter tell the jaw-dropping story of Robert Hendy-Freegard, who controlled, conned, and fleeced at least seven women and one man out of almost one million pounds over the course of two decades.
