Bachelor in Paradise: Time slot premiere. ABC hands over a second night to its summertime staple, which will now air on Mondays and Tuesdays through early September. Watch preview. 8:00 PM ET on ABC

The Ultimate Surfer: Time slot premiere. Big wave surfer Billy Kemper stops by the Surf Ranch to mentor the 12 remaining contestants. The surfing competition will also air on Mondays and Tuesdays for the next five weeks. 10:00 PM ET on ABC

Supergirl: Summer premiere. Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) and Zor-El (Jason Behr) return to National City in hopes of keeping the Phantom Zone behind them, but their efforts backfire, creating an entirely new threat to their community. Watch preview. 9:00 PM ET on The CW
