Kyra Sedgwick Returns to ABC in New Comedy Call Your Mother

As Primetimer's Joe Reid writes today, just when we need her most, Kyra Sedgwick is back on series TV. The Closer alum, who led ABC's short-lived Ten Days in the Valley in the 2017-2018 season, returns to the network tonight in Call Your Mother, a new comedy from Kari Lizer (The New Adventures of Old Christine).

Also today: Candice Bergen guests on The Conners, the competition heats up on The Masked Dancer, and Samantha Bee returns to an all-you-can-eat buffet of political fodder. Here's what's new and noteworthy on TV this Wednesday:

COMPLETE FIRST SEASON: One Tree Hill alums James Lafferty and Stephen Colletti created, wrote and star in  Everyone Is Doing Great, in which they play former teen heartthrobs struggling to find their place as they enter their thirties.
