AMC's Soulmates Imagines a Future That Takes the Guesswork Out of Love

What if you could take a test to be matched with your one and only soulmate? That's the premise of AMC's new star-packed sci-fi anthology series Soulmates, which bows tonight with a premiere episode starring Succession's Sarah Snook. Also today: Dancing With the Stars soldiers on without Carole Baskin, American Ninja Warrior enters the semifinals, and 90 Day Fiancé gets yet another spinoff. Here's what's new and noteworthy on TV this Monday:

SERIES PREMIERE: Emmy-winning writer Will Bridges (Black Mirror, Stranger Things) is behind Soulmates, AMC's new sci-fi romance anthology. In tonight's premiere, Sarah Snook and Kingsley Ben-Adir star as a happily married couple grappling with the implications of a scientific breakthrough that promises to match each of us with our unequivocal lifematch. NEW EPISODE: With Carole Baskin getting the heave-ho last week, tonight's Dancing With the Stars returns to the ballroom with just thirteen remaining couples. Will Anne Heche and Keo Motsepe improve their scores and live to dance another week? 8:00 PM ET on ABC

NEW EPISODE: Quick thinking and careful planning helped American Ninja Warrior tape a compressed season earlier this year, giving fans a much-needed dose of that ninja magic, but that also means the competition is moving along at a much faster clip than usual, with the first round of semifinals beginning tonight. 8:00 PM ET on NBC

SERIES PREMIERE: In the first episode of the new remotely-shot spinoff 90 Day Fiancé: HEA Strikes Back, participants in the fifth season of Happily Ever After return to watch past episodes and chime in with their two cents. 9:00 PM ET on TLC

NEW EPISODE: The fourth episode of the limited series The Third Day follows Hellen (Naomie Harris) as she surprises her daughters with a trip to the mysterious island, where they arrive to find their accommodations are no longer available, and the locals are less than receptive to them being there in the first place. 9:00 PM ET on HBO

SERIES PREMIERE: Bestselling author Kelly Corrigan has a knack for connecting with people, a skill she'll surely put to good use as the host of her new PBS interview series Tell Me More With Kelly Corrigan. Her first guest is public interest lawyer Bryan Stevenson, who's been dubbed "America's Mandela."  Watch a preview. 9:00 PM ET on PBS

DOCUTHRILLER: PBS' POV presents the "docuthriller" The Infiltrators, which premiered at Sundance earlier this year. The film intercuts documentary footage with dramatic reenactments to detail the experiences of young immigrants trapped inside the for-profit prisons operating at America's border. Watch the trailer.
